Yes. Our homes are built for the Canadian winter, with insulation in the walls, ceiling and floors, and electric or propane heat depending on the model.

We don't offer financing directly, but we have a structured payment plan (20% / 60% / 20%) and can connect you with a bank that offers RV loans for CSA/RVIA certified homes.
Homes are wired for 30 amp service (50 amp upgrade available) and plug in from outside. Water comes in through an RV hose and leaves through an RV sewer valve. Off-grid solar and composting toilets are available.
